Lincoln Conservation Group:
About us

We're wellie-wearing, billhook wielding greenies! Actually that's not quite true, we're just a group of people who like to get out into the great outdoors. Lincolnshire may not be known for it's outstanding landscapes - it's true most of it is flat - but hidden away are some beautiful places. What better way to discover them than on a conservation task?

The Lincoln Conservation Group was formed in 1994. We carry out practical conservation work in and around Lincoln, with regular forays out of Lincolnshire on away weekends. We hope to conserve the natural history and biodiversity of the area, and have fun whilst doing it!

Joining the Lincoln Conservation Group is a great way to meet people. We have an active social life!
