A lovely sunny April day spent in a wonderful setting, with eleven of us
clearing a small area to create a path across a new footbridge and digging
out bramble roots for what is going to be a wonderful Buddleja walk.
When the bramble roots and clay proved to be too much for us we moved on to
some lighter tasks, dead heading about a million daffodils and clearing some
previously cut hawthorns.
All in all a FABULOUS day enjoyed by all, and the soup and chocolate cake
provided by Barbara and Tony were gratefully received.
